Rohrs Custom Guitars is a constantly changing cast of musicians, craftsman, and engineers that Eric brings together to craft guitars that play great, sound great, and are very reliable.
Eric Rohrs
I am founder of Rohrs Custom Guitars. I’ve worked with other musicians and builders to refine my “t-type” and “s-type” guitars and want you to play high quality instruments that bring your ideas to life.
23 years ago I picked up a guitar and and began with the obligatory ‘Smoke on the Water’ and ‘Louie Louie’ and was quickly enamored by the instrument. Any genre, any time, if there is a guitar I’m interested.
This love grew into an obsession with an instrument and everywhere I go I’m looking to learn and watch from a musician in bar to a star on a national stage. This passion turned inward and a desire to have the best playing live guitar that still captured the ‘studio’ sound. With a love also for woodworking and general tinkering, Rohrs Custom Guitars grew. From simple mods, rewiring, setups, cap replacement, refinishing, complete rebuilds or a custom build, I’ve done it all. Let’s talk about what you want and we’ll go from here.
My passion is to provide a guitar players great quality instruments that are a good value. My guitars are meant to be played every day and are ready for the rigors of road travel.
